This post is one of those that hurt. All my life I have loved the Donuts, tender, with their sugar. Your ads have made history, since they have always been innovative. The mythical, Go, the wallet! Go, the Donuts! It is already a case that is studied in marketing schools. The one with milk, one double, one only, one cut, which made a parallel between coffee and Donuts was also very ingenious. And then they went to do something a little daring, recommending eating them in pairs, that maybe now it would even awaken the wrath of the most retrograde.

But let's go to the heart. A look at the list of ingredients does not give too many clues. The sugar, the vegetable oil, the starch are evident ... so, first of all, little food, a lot of energy, nothing very healthy, but neither components that can frighten too much.


But when looking at the nutritional values, comes the disgust:


As expected, a lot of sugar, a fifth of the Donut is. And many fats, a quarter, of which half are saturated, as a result of the use of unhealthy vegetable fats.

So you know: It's not a good idea to have a Donut every day. And minus two. Although eating one from time to time is one of those pleasures of life that it is difficult to do without. Snif, a myth has fallen ...
